Instead, we utilize Ultra Low Watt Density 316L Stainless steel, guaranteeing that only this clean material interacts with your DI source.

By operating below 30 watts per square inch, our heaters eliminate any risk of altering the chemistry or resistivity of the process media. In contrast, traditional open filament units operate at over 900 watts per square inch and are composed of ion shedding Nickel and Chromium (80/20).
